      I am on PFsense Plus, and I pay for the TAC. For some reason, I can't update my pfSense. it says Error in version information

      24.11-RELEASE (amd64)
      built on Sat Jan 11 11:11:00 EST 2025
      FreeBSD 15.0-CURRENT

      The only thing I had done was format and reinstall because the installation I had was corrupted.

      I think I had this problem over a year ago when I installed a new 10GBe NIC.

        Have you since had contact with Netgate?

        Changing/adding a NIC will change the NDI which the pfSense Plus registration is based on. And as a result your installation may not be in a valid state right now.

        The best option - especially if you got a TAC subscription - is to open a support ticket:
