Can't update PFsense

I am on PFsense Plus, and I pay for the TAC. For some reason, I can't update my pfSense. it says Error in version information

FreeBSD 15.0-CURRENTThe only thing I had done was format and reinstall because the installation I had was corrupted.
I think I had this problem over a year ago when I installed a new 10GBe NIC.

Have you since had contact with Netgate?
Changing/adding a NIC will change the NDI which the pfSense Plus registration is based on. And as a result your installation may not be in a valid state right now.
The best option - especially if you got a TAC subscription - is to open a support ticket:

If should show the 'system is unregistered' message in the upgrade page if that's the case.
If you send me your NDI in chat I can check it.
