DNS Server package + failover

I need to recruit a few SMART people to assist in testing with the DNS Server package. If you find yourself asking a lot of questions, do not apply.
So anyone serious about helping test, please let me know.

Dual Wan DSL with routers handling Static PPPoE. One PPPoE has dynamic Gateways other Static.
Public DNS round robin. -
