Can build a commerce firewall from pfSense sources code?

I want to use pfSense to build a commercial product. What're problem occurs with licenses used by pfSense and pfSense?. For example, I want to create a MyFirewall product from the pfSense to sell to customers, I need to comply with the conditions of what?

I known that by pfSense issued under the BSD license itself and it used many software packages issued by the others license. When I build a product from pfSense I have to declare all sources which i've developed or not?
Fyrewall (http://www.fyrewall.com.br/) is a free software based on FreeBSD, pfsense on framework. HITEC Hardware didn't open their sources code, they only make it for free download .iso release. They have violated the copyright on open source software or not?

The nature of the BSD license and how pfSense is licensed has been discussed here before, I'd suggest you read those threads (drop the word "license" into the search box).
