There must be an error somewhere because they can't have the same MAC address. Even if it were possible the chances of you stumbling upon a card with the same number would be enormous, you'd have more chance of winning the lottery.

Where are you seeing the MAC? During the install? From a switch? Maybe you are seeing a switch MAC, or the port on a router rather than the true MAC.

You can spoof the WAN MAC address on pfSense, but?

So the NIC can't PPPoE connect and can't for LAN. I have find PPPoe logs and search about error in the forum, just I find its has the same MAC address.
I know that should address not the same, so I did not expect for this reason.

I was surprised at different times, the onboard NIC and after the purchase of a separate network card address is actually the same.

now How I fix on the PFsense server NIC MAC?

The pictures you posted look to me like you might have a loop.

Do you have both your OPT1 and LAN plugged into the same switch?

edit-  wrong interface the first time…

Your DHCP leases page shows a static entry for MAC address 00:25:86:9b:72:d3. The static entry means your DHCP server has been configured to always assign the same IP address (in this case 192.168.101.3) to the system with MAC address 00:25:86:9b:72:d3. The assign interfaces page shows your pfSense OPT1 interface has MAC address 00:25:86:9b:72:d3.

Why does a pfSense interface has a static DHCP entry in the pfSense server which hosts the interface? The static DHCP entry should be deleted!

I suspect the DHCP lease shows as online because its my recollection a DHCP lease shows as online if there is an entry in the ARP table. Because OPT1 is a local interface, if it has an IP address there is a permanent ARP entry for it hence it may appear online in the DHCP lease table.

You haven't made a convincing case you have duplicate MAC addresses on your network.  And even if you had, you haven't made a convincing case that a duplicate MAC address is the cause of your PPP issue. How about posting a section of the PPP log showing the error report and a few line before and after it? And which interface is the PPP interface with the trouble (WAN? OPT1?)
