UPGRADING PFSense 1.2.2 to 2.0.1
-
Hello guys,
A few months ago I was trying to perform an update of my pfSense 1.2.3 to 2.0 and I experienced some problems related to restoration of the XML. I followed step by step manual update, I removed the packages, reinstalled etc, but it crashed on reboot.
Then I saw that release 2.0.1 came out and saw the pfSense firmware updates that I can update it there, I have some questions about upgrading to this version:1 - Someone already did this update successfully in these conditions?
2 - Someone managed to restore the XML version 1.2.2 to 2.0.1 after reinstalling the packages?
3 - Can I upgrade from pfSense 1.2.2 to 2.0.1 and can restore my backup? My environment is completely restored (NAT RULES, PPTP, CARP, ICMP, etc.)? -
Plz guys i really need to know who´ve made this update with no errors…
