    Need somebody help about NUT and APC ups

      Hi, all

      I have bought new APC usp model BK500EI, that I already checked it support by NUT package. but when I make it joining together  I got an error.

      on GUI

            I would try one of the other UPS models from the "Local UPS Model" pull down menu.  See if one of the more specific models will communicate better.  I'm running a BackUPS ES 500 and selected the Back-UPS ES USB and it suddenly worked.  I'm not familiar with the EI 500.  Maybe try the Smart-UPS USB.
