Ok this is odd... So here is the ps4 talking to UPnP and getting your public IP... That gets answered..
But what is odd is why the retrans and dupack and out of order stuff.. This ps4 is wireless? Can you wire it?
There is a shit ton of RST from the ps4?? Seems ODD..

When you say this works on your old router - your connecting to your old routers wifi?

- Interfaces-wan-mtu 1400,
2 system-advanced-networking- leave it checked "disable hardware offload checksum"
3 setup MTU to 1400 on PS
or you can MTU check here

@johnpoz yes wireless on my old router well i have switched wireless off and use my unifi access point for wireless

I am on fibre
Then just grab an Openreach modem off ebay. The later ECI type seems more reliable especially if it gets hot. That is what I'm using with Plusnet right now.

So it fails over wired as well?
Be good to see a capture that works, to compare too.. There seems to be a lot of RST and dups and retrans via your wireless..
But sure a wired capture could be helpful.. Can never have too much info ;)
