I was doing an upgrade from 2.4.4 to 2.4.4_2 via the web interface. The packaged downloaded and I received an "Install Successful" message. When the SG-3100 rebooted, it did not complete and the left two lights are blinking.

I have connected to CLI and executed boot.

The system executes a large number of rm: commands and eventually hangs.

      Any assistance is appreciated!

I had to do a re-install of 2.4.4_2 from USB.

Now I need to figure how to access my saved configuration from the AutoConfigBackup package. I'll post in that forum.

For the future I suggest you to always take a manual Backup in the WebGUI before you do the Upgrade.
Personally I do manual Backups before any Config change. It takes 2 seconds of my time but let me sleep much better. ☺
