        Ahh yes, I see it.

        The serial number you sent over to us didn't match what we have in the system. Azamat asked for a bit more information.

        Can you take a picture of the bar code and reply back to that ticket? We should be able to find it from that.

          Yes, it is a little old, I know. I looked now and it was installed in february 2016.

            They still offer support for that unit, especially, I believe, hardware support.

              Thank you Chris, yes I saw now that the serial-number was not right. Now I have edited it to the right one.
