Those are auto-rules created by pfBlockerNG from the looks of it.

@KOM yes, many have been created by pfblocker. I removed the previous plex rules on WAN, and created this one. Does this look like what you were mentioning as correct before?

If you're creating your NATs via Firewall - NAT, you shouldn't have to create ANY rules. Delete all your manual WAN rules and then go to the NAT creation page and define your port forward there. It will add the rule you need.

on which port is listening plex? 32400 ?

you should do this after deleting your rules as suggested from KOM
                in NAT/port forward

                portfor.jpg

after this you should have an automatic rules in wan like this

                wan.jpg

                ̿' ̿'\̵͇̿̿\з=(◕_◕)=ε/̵͇̿̿/'̿'̿ ̿

@kiokoman Thank you. This at least verified that the rule that I created after deleting the old rules follows what I should be doing. The rules are exactly as you have placed them above, but it still shows the message below. I have also deleted any non-auto generated rule for this plex

Is your cable modem in bridge mode? Or is it doing routing as well? Because if you have two devices in a row you will need to create port forwards on both devices. Also, make sure you're doing your testing from the WAN side, not the LAN side. Use your phone on your mobile network to access it, for example, not your PC on your LAN.

@kiokoman looks like after restarting the plex server, and forwarding the correct port on my router, it seems to be allowing it through correctly.

@KOM I ended up checking, and it is in bridge mode, which at least eliminates that. I checked my other devices, and restarted the plex server itself. From what I can see now, it has worked correctly. I also had to delete the previous port forward, and make a new rule exactly like the old one. I think that the old rule did not apply correctly on my router. I hope nothing breaks on this setup anytime soon.

@KOM @kiokoman A very big thank you to both of you for helping guide me through this. It was a combination of overthinking things, throwing ideas and seeing what sticks, and small hardware faults that prevented it from working originally.
