      I'm not sure how to express this question into search, so I admit that I have not done much research into this question.

      Is it possible for an IPSec VPN running on pfSense to run as both a part of a site-to-site VPN and also
      as a VPN server to accept connections to setup an incoming VPN tunnel?

      Would there be any problems or issues with this sort of VPN setup?

        you can have multiple tunnel configured, i don't see why not
