Switch to:
AES / 256 bits / SHA256 / 14 (2048 bit)
and
Enable MOBIKE

Android:
Don't forget the advanced settings (see above).

I accualy added AES / 256 bits / SHA256 / 14 (2048 bit) to the current one.
