How do I enable another network's printer on SG-1100?

Well what is your rules on your 192.168.1 network? If this your lan it defaults to any any and would be able to print to some printer on another vlan. I print to my printer that is 192.168.2.50/24 from my PC that is 192.168.9.100/24, ie 2 different vlans.
As to being "displayed" on some other network - you mean like discovery. Yeah discovery doesn't work across vlans.. Just use its fqdn or IP to set it up on devices you want to print to it. Setup the firewall rules to allow whatever printing protocol your using. There are many different ones.. LPD, LPR, IPP, RAW, etc. different ports being used.
Also a common problem users have printing to printers on other vlans - is quite often printers don't have a gateway set.. If so you can not print to it from different vlan.
As to who might help you - sure those that want to help will chime in ;)

I have a printer that works on the 192.168.x.x network while on the subnet it does not.
So I would like the 192.168.x.x network printer to work on the 192.168.1.1 subnet
I have no rule set on subnet 192.168.1.1 ie sg1100.
The sg 1100 is behind the router which is 192.168.x.x -

What? Where is this 192.168.x.x network.. Is it in front of pfsense.. You have no rules on 192.168.1 network on pfsense? Then no nothing is going anywhere..
You don't know how to do a basic rule.. You don't know what protocol your printer is using? You don't know how to do what exactly..
Simple rule would be to allow any to the IP of the printer..

@johnpoz look at the diagram, on the router the printer is configured with static ip this is the 192.168.x.x network
the firewall has another network 192.168.1.1.
now I want the printer configured on the router to work on the firewall

@johnpoz You should create a rule that allows access to the printer's IP, on whatever port you use for printing, but I have no idea how

The default LAN rule will allow a client on the LAN to print to a printer in the WAN subnet.
What error do you see when you try to print to it by IP address or FQDN?
You will not be able to 'discover' it.

@stephenw10 Hi, the printer is on the fritzbox network 192.168.2.1 the error it gives me is: printer offline. I cannot print from the 192.168.1.1 network, also the printer has a fixed ip. The printer is an HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28w Printer.

And you have it setup by IP address directly?

@stephenw10 As you can see in the figure I have an access point connected with the sg 1100 that works from wifi this has another ip address 192.168.2.254.
All devices connected to the wifi of the access point tablet pc smartphone cannot print gives me an offline printer error.

Can you ping the printer's IP from the PC?

Right, so you should be able to print to 192.168.2.21 too.
You cannot just 'find' it on the network in Windows because it's no longer in the same subnet. You must setup the printer on that IP in Windows.

Then it should work to create a "Standard TCP/IP port" to 192.168.2.21 when creating the printer.
You might check your antivirus/firewall isn't blocking it. For instance we set up our clients' Bitdefender to block access to any network printer if the network is marked as Public instead of Private. It's been a while so I can't remember if that's the default or not, but if the printer is in a different subnet it may be getting blocked that way also.
