SG-4860 Frozen with Red Status Light

Hi all,
My SG-4860 stopped passing traffic, rebooted it and was met with a Red Status light (no console access).
Is there any hope to recover it or is it a useless paper weight?

It depends how old it is but most SG-4860s are outside all warranty coverage at this point.
Open a ticket with us to troubleshoot further and get some options:

Hmm, you should be able to create an account.
You can just email support@netgate.com though. Just include the NDI or serial number from the device to save time.Steve
