I configure the DHCP to use static ip and a range for dynamic adress.
When i try to connect my pc, after the fist attemp (first time is always ok  :o ) the log say:

      Jan 3 08:26:05 dhcpd send_packet: Permission denied
Jan 3 08:26:05 dhcpd dhcp.c:1699: Failed to send 300 byte long packet over fallback interface.
      Jan 3 08:26:08 dhcpd DHCPINFORM from 192.168.1.20 via re1
      Jan 3 08:26:08 dhcpd DHCPACK to 192.168.1.20 (60:a4:4c:xxxx:xx via re1

and i can't connect to the LAN

if i reboot pfsense the pc can connect again…

PS: no Captive Portal on this system...

After 2 days (and many pc reboot) no problem with the dhcp.
Today LAN stop working on my pc (the only one testing the firewall)

after a firewall reboot i can find in the dhcp log:

Jan 5 16:30:48 dhcpd dhcp.c:1699: Failed to send 300 byte long packet over fallback interface.
        Jan 5 16:30:51 dhcpd DHCPINFORM from 192.168.1.20 via re1
        Jan 5 16:30:51 dhcpd DHCPACK to 192.168.1.20 (60:a4:zz:zz:zz:zz) via re1
        Jan 5 16:30:51 dhcpd send_packet: Permission denied
Jan 5 16:30:51 dhcpd dhcp.c:1699: Failed to send 300 byte long packet over fallback interface.
        Jan 5 16:32:46 dhcpd DHCPINFORM from 192.168.1.20 via re1
        Jan 5 16:32:46 dhcpd DHCPACK to 192.168.1.20 (60:a4:zz:zz:zz:zz) via re1
        Jan 5 16:32:46 dhcpd send_packet: Permission denied

        :-
        could be an hardware issue?

Did you configure DHCP/RADVD on a physically disconnected interface?

yes… i have 2 nic for 2 separate LAN, one with the problem (some stop working) and the other disconnected (will use it in the future) but with dhcp actived

so this is a separate problem?  ::)

Yes, do NOT do that; radvd is super retarded when you do this. https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/6974
