I am likely stroking out here… how do I go about getting the included gold subscription added to my current support account? I ensured the emails on the store account and my support account were the same, but so far, no dice. I tried logging in using my store account to the support page, but that didn't work. QQ for scrubs

Once you have registered a SG-1000 on an account with a current Gold subscription should the subscription end date be extended by 12 months?
My portal dashboard is currently showing a Gold subscription expiry of 3 April 2017 and my newly registered SG-1000 seems to have an entirely separate expiration date (12 months after the date I registered it).
Edit: Seems to be a problem with the portal - being investigated internally…
