Multiple WAN blocks on single interface
We just installed a new fiber circuit to our pfsense; the info the fiber carrier gave us was:
Customer layer 3 IP information:
Link IP Address: 22.214.171.124/29
Customer Layer 3 IPs: 126.96.36.199 – 188.8.131.52
Customer Usable IP Information
Usable IP Block: 184.108.40.206/26
Customer Usable Static IPs: 220.127.116.11 – 18.104.22.168
What is the best way to set this up in pfsense?
Currently I set up the interface using the customer layer 22.214.171.124/29 block and added a static route for the block: 126.96.36.199/26. Is this correct?

- If they are routing the main block via the transit block, you should be able to just add virtual IPs from the second block.
- You might want to consider obfuscating the first octet or two of your IPs.
