We just installed a new fiber circuit to our pfsense; the info the fiber carrier gave us was:

      Customer layer 3 IP information:
      Link IP Address: 50.236.35.8/29
      Gateway: 50.236.35.9
      Customer Layer 3 IPs: 50.236.35.10 – 50.236.35.14

      Customer Usable IP Information
      Usable IP Block: 50.236.35.64/26
      Customer Usable Static IPs: 50.236.35.65 – 50.235.35.126

What is the best way to set this up in pfsense?
Currently I set up the interface using the customer layer 50.236.35.8/29 block and added a static route for the block: 50.236.35.64/26. Is this correct?

        1. If they are routing the main block via the transit block, you should be able to just add virtual IPs from the second block.
        2. You might want to consider obfuscating the first octet or two of your IPs.
