Placa WiFi Atheros não reconhecida no PfSense



  • Pessoal, tenho um PfSense box com 8 portas Gigabit + 4 portas fibra SFP.

    Numa das conexões mini pcie que tenho na minha placa mãe eu conectei uma placa WIFI Atheros Ar5B95 mas esta placa não é reconhecida de forma alguma pelo PfSense.

    Vejam que não aparece a interface ath nos logs do FreeBSD:

    A maioria das placas Atheros são suportadas segundo este link… veja:

    [i386,pc98,amd64,sparc64] The ath(4) driver supports all Atheros Cardbus and PCI cards, except those that are based on the AR5005VL chipset.

    No log do dmesg nem sinal da placa? Muito estranho.

    Se tu puder, instala um freebsd 10.3 em uma outra máquina que tenha pci-e e testa essas placas.
