        Hi,,

You missed the mail ( coming in on the mail address you used with your former account - is it working / valid / exists ?) that announces a "new forum".
The result was that you missed this https://www.netgate.com/blog/introducing-the-netgate-forum.html

It is possible and advisable to retrieve your former account.

No "help me" PM's please. Use the forum, the community will thank you.
Edit : and where are the logs ??

The most common reason this happened was because SMF let you have a different login name and display name. NodeBB only uses the login name. It's also fairly common for someone to forget which e-mail was associated with the account, or maybe they no longer have access to it.

Contacting support would be the best path forward, providing as much info as you can about your previous account, then someone can try to identify the issue.
