SG-8860 Status: Red light on

I just wanted to see if you guys encountered this. I got our SG-8860 in late 2015. This morning all internet and network traffic stopped and the status light (red) was on. We could not login to the console so we pulled it out and cobbled an old computer and set up a temporary pFSense firewall.
Can this model be repaired?

I am also experiencing this problem I do not have a purchased support plan, does this mean I am out of luck since I cannot submit a ticket?

You don't need a support plan to register. If it's a hardware problem, just fill out a ticket and indicate that.

The support login is not the same as your forum login. Register on the site Chris mentioned and you can submit a ticket.
