WiFi -> Pf -> Router -> WAN problem

Hello,

My homelab network looks like on picture below. Problem occurs when I'm connect my phone to WiFi it gets 10.0.0.3 IP, but when I open Chrome, it changes to 192.168.8.3. I cant see this device in routers configuration, so it doesnt look like it got IP from it. I was trying to block port 67-68, and it doesnt help.

Please help me configure seperate networks.
