NUT Driver DummyUPS Device File

This topic refers: NUT Driver Selection

On a laptop with pfSense I would like to achieve the same as the op in the mentioned thread, i.e. to create/update the "device" file to use in the as the NUT DummyUPS driver > "dummy port" path?

End goal is graceful shutdown of the laptop when power goes off and battery level drops.
