One of the SG-2220 devices that I have does not want to upgrade to 2.4.4.p3

I restored it twice now with a USB boot that has a 2.3.3 image on it.

Since portal.pfsense.org has gone away, where does one download the image now?

Sign up (if you haven’t done so previously) and open a support ticket at https://go.netgate.com/support/login

No support contract is needed for this.

Hmm, I think that's probably for 2.5 snapshots only. I'm not aware of any issues with the regular pkg servers.

However I would certainly just restore directly to a 2.4.4p3 image in this case. There were some issues coming from 2.3.X before 2.3.4 and though most are now resolved it's pointless to try when you can go straight to current.

Tried to login with my old customer care credentials, and it didn't work. I'm still awaiting my lost password email.

You are right i checked my 2.4.4 and it's working
I didn't see any 2.4.4 folder so i was thinking it was the case but it's probably using the 2.4.0 or master folder

Know where I can get the image to use?

When I logged into the portal I used when I received the following:

                  "Access Denied

You have no access to Folder USB Memstick Installer Image (https://portal.pfsense.org/firmware/memstick). Visit order page to order additional subscriptions."

Since the pfSense Gold has gone away, there really isn't a subscription to order.

Just created an account using my old credentials. Apparently I was purged from the system at some point.

                      Awaiting a response now.

                      Thanks

Response received, and image file downloaded.

                        Will attempt a restore tomorrow.

Restored. There is an issue that has arisen, but I'll start another thread.
