My pfsense has one wan and two lan networks, everything is on VMware esxi.

I am trying to simulate a situation with latency issues.

      Wan ip 10.10.10.7/24
      Gateway 10.10.10.75

      Lan1 192.168.11.1
      Lan2 192.168.12.1

Now i want a scenario when i can get higher latency in 192.168.12.0 but not with other lan..
How to achieve this..i tried setting delays in limiters but not working with me.
Also it would be much more better if i can have higher latency from 192.168.12.0 <-> 192.168.11.0. keeping my gateway at normal ping. That means if user from 192.168.12.0 pings lan1 then he should get higher ping time but if he pings gateway then he should get actual ping..

So i want only lan2 to get sluggisy...

      Pls help me with this...
