Setting up a pfsense to be a forwarder/proxy

I have recently bought a SG1100 firewall. I am working on setting it up but I have some weird networking requirements and require some help. Here is a picture of what I am wanting to do
So from the diagram what I am wanting to do is have each of our client point to the pfsense firewall on eno1. From there pfsense forwards the traffic on eno2 to either the Hotspot/router1 (r1) or Hotspot/router 2 (r2) depending on what is the current setting in pfsense to forward to. I plan to have a server update the rule on the days of the month they reset though the CLI or a rest api I put in.
The glitch to this is that all interfaces need to be on the same subnet because both routers provide Wifi in different part of the house. I dont want to get extra wifi access points if we already have the hotspots that work very well for us.
