Netgate XG-7100 1u Status light
-
Just purchased a XG7100 1U.
What is the status light for? I never see it light up.I will be supporting it remotely and was hoping that you would be able to tell Status of appliance visually.

I don't know exactly, if this works on SG-7100 as it is an SG-3100 related post and SG-3100 = ARM

sorry, you were faster+++edit:
I didn't see your message behind the edit box... -
It's not the same as the 3100, no full rgb led controller here unfortunately.
It's more like the 5100, requires a driver. I thought we had one at one time, I'll have to dig into it.

webcam.... no.
If I can't connect to the 7100 I would be speaking with someone at location asking them to tell me what lights they see on the device.
It appears this new 7100 has a longer boot time than my 3100, so I'm concerned if I restart it remotely how to tell what state it is in.
