applications without internet access

Good afternoon.
I am new at this. I just installed pfsense with squid. And I can surf without problem on all my network equipment.
But it turns out that I have some applications installed in Windows. Which do not have access to the internet, some that allow you to put the proxy address you can get internet access.How do I do for applications in Windows that do not have in the settings the option to place a proxy. That you have internet access?

Noop. That's one of 'proxy' drawbacks : if an application hasn't any notion of a proxy, you can't use that application.
The application should have it's own proxy settings, or ask the host OS (Windows) for the system wide proxy settings. -

Can't tell as I'm not a proxy user myself.
I'm even considering 'proxies' a real pain in the *ss. -
@norcarde A transparent proxy would solve your application problems, but they are a hassle to setup and can introduce their own problems.
