Not sure this is a Traffic Shaping issue or something else, OR a combination of many things.

For starters, I do not have access to a personal router like a Netgear or SOHO Cisco RV series or whatever... So I basically repurposed an old pc I had retired long ago to be a pfSense router.
Current Specs:
NICs:
1x onboard NIC (fxp0 - Intel 10/100)
1x single port NIC (re0 - RTL 10/100/1000)
1x single port NIC (rl0 - RTL 10/100/1000)
1x quad-port NIC (em0-em3 - SuperMicro 10/100/1000)So pfSense is able to detect all cards and interfaces which I thought was a miracle.
OK, for simplicity, the (MB Nic) WAN I'll refer to as the Red network, (1st single port NIC) LAN as the Green network, (2nd single port NIC) WiFi as the Blue network, (1st port of the quad-port NIC) LAN1 will be the Orange network, (2nd port of the quad-port NIC) LAN2 as the White network, (3nd port of the quad-port NIC) LAN3 as the Yellow network, (4th port of the quad-port NIC) DMZ1 as the Purple network.
Basically, I'm just having fun with pfSense, learning new things I haven't tried before. And if I get a router out of it. SWEET!
So, what I am wanting to do is create a bridge (I think) between the Green, Orange, White, and Yellow networks. I would also like to create a netted network on the Blue network with possibly a Captive portal and keep the Blue isolated from the Bridge. But, I would also like to connect to the NAT and see the web GUI page for the Cisco 3902I WAP.
So, I know it's a bit ambitious, but how will you learn anything if you don't take a leap of faith?
So... If some of you AWESOME network junkies (that was meant as a compliment :-) ) would be willing to help me out, that would be so cool!
Anyway, thanks in advance.
