Ipsec established but no data passing

Vpn tunnel overview status established, cannot ping remote subnet, tracert 1ms to router then request timed out. Ipsec status overview 0bytes in , bytes out 600b. No traffic. Any help would be appreciated

@craigerr1 is P2P? Mobile?
Have u open the rules in both sides to allow traffic on your firewalls->rules->ipsec?
