I just got my appliance a week ago and it locks up occasionally and the logs show that it reboots at least once a day. I setup is as basic as it can get, so I don't think it's anything from the configuration. I can't tell from the log what is happening or I don't understand it if it is telling me what is wrong. On the most recent reboot, I did see a message that read "fatal data abort" just before it rebooted. I am in need of some assistance. Any help would be appreciated. I can supply whatever information is needed to help solve the issue. Thanks, Greg

@stephenw10 Can I do that without paid support?

For items under warranty, no paid support is required. Same thing for requesting OS images to do reinstalls (no paid support required to get those).

Paid support comes in for things like configuration help, and perhaps for items far out of warranty.
