Noob here: Why is my phone FE80... trying to talk to the Internet?
-
My firewall log is jammed full of attempts by (TMobile) phone on my Wifi, attempting to talk to the outside world using its Link-Local (FE80) IPV6 address. This seems wrong in Many Many ways. -
Do I need a rule blocking Internet access from FE80? (Got an example?)
-
Am I missing some config item that would improve the situation?
 Hints appreciated.

Do you have IPv6 available on your LAN? Is it working properly? You don't need a rule, as those packets aren't going anywhere.
