Reinstallation image: how long to wait?

I followed the instructions to get "firmware access" installation image to try to fix the EFI partition problem, submitting a ticket as instructed (https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/solutions/sg-1100/reinstall-pfsense.html). That was a couple days ago. I kinda expected an email with a link to the support ticket saying "your image is ready."
How long does this take?

@deemery Usually they send it in 15 minutes or so, regardless of time of day that I've tried. I cannot remember if I got an immediate ticket creation email first, or not. I would submit again, check your spam filter, etc.
