      Hi,

I applied the latest update this morning and afterwards I'm unable to connect to my SG-31000. I connected via Serial Port and when I issue a command like 4) Reset to factory defaults I get this error:

pid 1406 (php-cgi), jid 0, uid 0: exited on signal 11 (core dumped)
      Segmentation fault (core dumped)

      When I try option 16) Restart PHP-FPM

      I get the fillowing error:

      Killing check_reload_status
      Killing php-fpm
pkill: Cannot open pidfile `/var/run/php-fpm.pid': No such file or directory
pid 1440 (php-cgi), jid 0, uid 0: exited on signal 11 (core dumped)
pid 1544 (php-cgi), jid 0, uid 0: exited on signal 11 (core dumped)
      Starting php-fpm
pid 1551 (php-fpm), jid 0, uid 0: exited on signal 11 (core dumped)
      Segmentation fault (core dumped)
      Starting check_reload_status
pid 1554 (php-cgi), jid 0, uid 0: exited on signal 11 (core dumped)
      Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Any suggestions on how to proceed?

      Thank you.

      Best,
      -Joseph

It probably failed to upgrade completely. I'd guess you're running a mismatched kernel and world.

Try option 8 to drop to the CLI, that usually works in that situation. Reboot from there but just entering 'reboot' and check for errors at boot on the console.

You may need to reinstall if it can't be recovered so do you have a backup of the config?

        Steve
