      hi i lost connection to my sg 3100 last night
      it flashes in the circle symbol and does not get further into the start process
      I have tried to put a usb cable in the console port and use putty but I can't write commands there, it doesn't respond to the keyboard
      I have also tried with a paper clip in the hole for 3 seconds, the same thing happens, the symbol flashes in a circle
      What options do I have to get it up and running again?

        Go for a power cycle and have a look at the console.

          Has the console ever worked?

          Try a different USB cable. Try a different terminal client device if you can.

            now it is possible to connect securecrt via usb cable, can I make a bacob from the marvell prompt and can I run some reprations mode
            i cant get it to run fsck
            when it starts up
