Having problems with updates from 2.70 and migration to pro -
Submitted support requested and got no reply. -
Which one ? - and if any, ticket ID (so a Netgate member can look it up right away - now, if they look at your question, they know 'nothing' about your request) ?
The best one, the one that gives you the fastest result is : download an pfSense ISO.
Prepare an UDB drive as stated in the doc.
Export your current config.
Re install pfSense.
Import the config.
Be patient for the the package install (if you had any).
Done.You've already done this ones, as you've installed pfSEnse 2.7.0, so you know this will be fast.

I completed the online request for support - but have no automatic reply with a reference - should I be getting one?
We are experienced PFsense guys, to a certain level.
But this is in mainline production now, so it needs supporting properly - hence the tac pro purchase. -
Looks like a problem with our generic IT Email .. we are doing a message trace now.
However - we have managed to raise a ticket on my personal email.
