Need help with some questions

Ok My pfsense box is running on a celeron 3.0ghz with 2gig ram Wan is on the on-board network card and the lan is on a realtek nic. I have a 7x3 business class connection with roadrunner and 5 static ip's.
Here is the problem, youtube or any streaming service studders like mad. the youtube videos do not fully download and just stop you have to click to advance the video. good luck streaming video from msn or hulu. also large downloads do not fully download. I may get 30meg out of 100 or maybe 200meg out of 500 then it just stops like the connection is cut.
I know my box can handle more then I am pushing through it now, I have increased the states to 300000 from 10000 because I do have a few computers that do torrents so I figured that would help, I am also disabled hardware checksum because I heard that would help but I have not rebooted my box yet. am I thinking that it may have something to do with the realtek nic? I am ordering 2 intel 1000 nic's here shortly to see if that helps me or not.
If anyone has any suggestions please feel free to ask, I will post what ever to get this taken care of

Any errors on Status>Interfaces?
-
on the lan interface its 0/3
-
What packages do you have installed?
-
Bandwidthd is the only package.
-
Ok today I replaced the old nics with the Intel Pro 10/100/1000 nics and what a difference already, still haveing problems downloading large files but the studdering is gone for now.
-
WELL THE STUDDER IS STILL THERE!!!! >:( >:( >:(
Before I call my isp up and blowup on them is there anything I can look at to see whats going on? also I would be willing to allow someone to connect to the box and have a look at it. I want to eliminate everything on our end to make sure its not us so we can start the finger pointing game! -
Are you able to temporarily remove the pfsense box and verify downloads and youtube streaming?
It's a good idea to start at the very top. Try to eliminate your pfsense box or confirm the device is the issue. Then we can troubleshoot further. -
i took the pfsense out of line and downloads are still stopping but youtube downloads fine….. I just want someone to do a check and see what is going on
-
Well if you are still having incomplete downloads without pfsense in the picture then I think it's safe to say that pfsense is not your problem. You should probably contact your ISP.
-
Ok ISP fixed their problem but now I am seeing on the router that after some time all of the sudden all outgoing wan traffic just stops and then starts back up 10 sec later causing all things internet to stop then start. any ideas?

According to the screenshot your traffic doesn't drop it just seems to crawl for a little bit. Again can you eliminate pfsense?
You said they 'fixed' it, so see if this behavior is the case without pfsense in the picture again. -
will report back

WORKS WITH JUST LAPTOP AND EVERYTHING WORKS, connected the pfsense and then problems just start back up. could it be a rouge network card or something, is there anything I can run to figure it out?
-
Is is possible to switch out the NIC with a non Realtek?
-
two intel 100/1000 are installed the realtek nics have been removed
-
also now only package installed is ntop
-
Still the same issue I assume?
-
yes…. its odd it works for a bit then dies, then works for longer and then dies....
