Intel(R) Quad port x4 PCIe copper GbE NIC did not detected

hi all,
need your advise, i just installed pfsense 1.2.3 release. And my quad port nic card Intel(R) Quad port x4 PCIe copper GbE NIC did not detected. I have added igb in global.inc and interfaces but still not working .
Please advise.

I suggest you try a recent snapshot build of pfSense 2.0 BETA which includes much more up to date device drivers. pfSense 2.0 BETA is not yet considered "production ready" but there seem to be a number of people using it seriously.

I'd bet 10 to 1 the pciconf -l shows the card's chip ID as 0x10e88086 :s
