Anyone know how to contact Electric Sheep Fencing?

Hi, everybody. Anyone that knows why the Electric Sheep Fencing guys does not reply on emails nowadays?
I am in urgent need to purchase some pfSense development services, but I have been unable to get a reply on email from firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thought I should check the forum here for any obvious reasons before calling the guys.

I had no issues reaching them earlier this week, so it might just be that your email didn't make it through (spam filter or so).
- Retry from another email account (provider),
- you can also try this address: email@example.com (comes from here: https://portal.pfsense.org/support-subscription.php)
- or call them (I'm pretty confident they won't mind in this case ;) )

If you're going to be paying them anyway, you might want to consider a support agreement and then just use your support hours for whatever custom work you want done. They respond pretty quickly to tickets.
Outdated info. See jimp's reply below.
Development is separate from support hours now, things have changed a bit there recently.
We're really trying to focus on getting 2.2 out so we're being extremely selective about development work that gets taken on (for load and other misc reasons).

I contacted them about 2 weeks ago, they replied pretty fast so yours might be lost in the spam filter..?
