    From the shell or diag > command in the SHELL exec box: rm /usr/local/www/widgets/*/*snort* If that alone doesn't help, then in the PHP Exec box, use: unset($config['widgets']); write_config("Reset Widgets");

    Appreciate your useful links. I have read this page. http://devwiki.pfsense.org/ReBrandingSupport It says I need to change some files that are located in:     /etc/inc/globals.inc     /usr/local/www/javascript/sajax.js     /usr/local/www/wizards/*     /etc/motd     /etc/rc (ascii art: you may wish to add your own ascii art file to /etc/ascii-art/your-file.txt)     /tools/installer/conf/pfSense.lua (if you want the installer to display your product name)     i386 boot files (boot loader, etc) I am planning to edit nono PfSense, my question (which should be simple!) how can I reach those files and then save my changes to be used as a nano version (for CF storage)? Should I use software like PowerISO to edit directly the file pfSense-2.0.2-RELEASE-512mb-i386-nanobsd-20121207-1630.img? and then reach all intended file? Just I want to know how to start this point.

    Thanks for replies, I have received MONITOR: FTTC001 is down, removing from routing group and then sometime later Gateways status could not be determined, considering all as up/active. I think I'll head down the zabbix route and see how that works out Thanks!

    Thank you for the response. Edited the file to a bare minimum white strip and it worked like a charm.

    When 2.0.3 is officially released it will be on the official update URL. It's just not official yet. Leaving set to "Stable updates" is recommended.

    It can't show mobile PSK users since they don't appear in a way that the code can easily see/detect. That part of the widget and IPsec status is meant for authenticated IPsec xauth users.

    Guys, Thanks for the help on this.  The problem was indeed due to a custom port setup for https access.  I was able to login via Shell  and open config.xml to confirm the port.  Web GUI loading fine once the custom report is specified in the browser

    thanks Jim, looks like it was a moot-point question on my part. even if "sysctl -a | grep temperature" returns nothing, we can just put a msg and point user to Misc page (with a direct link). some thing like this (see last snapshot), would that be appropriate? Use a different browser? Guessing perhaps you're on an older IE. Try Firefox, Chrome, or Opera.

    Did you perhaps have a package installed (like ntop) and then removed it? ntop is known to overwrite and then remove rrdtool. You can run another firmware upgrade for 2.0.2 on top of itself and it will restore the missing files.
