as long as they don't start changing things just for the sake of changing things such that things that once worked properly/perfectly are now broken.. feels like thats going on with 2.7.1 & 2.7.2

I didn't actually say anything about the results.

Just showing you what I'm seeing on a system with little to no other traffic and no masked IP's.

the buffer bloat test as you know downloads first, then uploads.

so those first captures are yes at the point that is nearing the end of uploading test

Well use the client as destination then. What ports is it using? If they are fixed you can include that to be more specific.

But check it really is re-opening states from WAN first.

As suggested on Reddit try contacting Protectli for the boot issue.

There might be something in the logs. A power outage wouldn’t log anything and would explain why the switch booted. Consider a UPS…?

now the only package I can see that got upgraded during the 23.09.1 install was pfBlocker from _6 to _7 certainly wasn't as a result of me upgrading the package -- it was logged and is upgraded however.

The repo servers became unavailable this morning a few minutes after my 23.09.1 upgrade completed.

Is that an ARM based tablet? I'm not sure the driver exists for that. You can see the USB serial device is there but no driver has been loaded for it.

If they are being given IPs from the LAN subnet then their DHCP broadcasts are hitting LAN. Something is bridging the LAN and VLAN9.

Ah, never saw that setting before .

Changing Top Navigation to Scrolls with page fixed it.

It appears this update enabled a dual monitor feature. It does not occur in the previous version.

Before doing that, I would make sure shaping is properly set up. Follow this guide to set up CoDel.

NB: Waveform can be inaccurate with high bandwidth connections. Balance it against another test like Speedtest. Speedtest doesn't give you a grade like Waveform, but it does give averages under load.

That was the issue. I found a post that said to use ctl-a d (looking now that says to disconnect) not to kill the session like ctl-a \ does). Once I cleaned up all the screen connections, I was able to get in and have changed the way I connect and disconnect. Thank you very much!!!

I can confirm that the switches on the router mr8300 (or the router hardware itself) appear to be what is the cause behind the slowness when hardwired.

My first guess would be something stored in a saved login. Try using a private window in Firefox.
