      Huh? You sent your netgate box to some 3rd party for repair?

          Having a hard time with that they would not send it back with pfsense..

          Lets see if @ivor is around that could shed some light on that. Do you not have access to portal? Where you can download correct image. While sure you can install CE images, no reason too.

              That has to be done in error, I apologize for inconvenience! Your SG-2440 was sent to repair to us? What was the issue? Do you have a ticket number so I can see what's going on?

              @johnpoz thanks for pinging me!

                Yes, you need ADI labeled image but you should have access to portal.pfsense.org assuming you purchased an SG-2440 and not RCC-VE. I replied above as well, please lemme know your ticket number, thanks!

                e: you can follow this guide to re-install pfSense on your SG-2440

                          Okay so this indeed is RCC-VE 2440 and not an SG-2440 unit. The difference is that RCC-VE comes pre-installed with CentOS instead of pfSense. So when you sent your unit for a RMA, we installed CentOS on it.

                          And I can see you figured out ADI was necessary :)
