      I went back to the vendor and got the same unit replaced, but it still be crashing after few minutes.

        Then maybe it's a memory (RAM) problem.
        Because the error is the same

            Perhaps the problem is not in memory
            This error has long been known , but whether it is solved - I do not know

                Maybe I can't say anything. I don't know the configuration of your hardware other than the processor + 4 lan adapters Intel (igb) + 1 lan adater Intel(em). One thing is clear, this is a problem with the equipment.

                      Your hardware vendor may be able to make better sense of those MCA errors. I'd start there.

                            Do you have a NIC expansion card in it? Try removing it you have nothing to lose.

                            At least one of those errors looks almost identical.

                              I had tired, finally I just swapped the dell motherboard with American Megatrends board. Everything seems to working fine as of 3h 15 minutes of up time...
