No Internet Connection After Setup Wizard

Good afternoon,
Completely new to using Netgate appliances and I have just configured my SG2100 out of the box following the basic configuration.
Using DHCP for IPv4 on the WAN interface, I have no IP address assigned and no internet connection from the box to the internet. I have a connection to and from the appliance still.
My current setup is Wall outlet -> Netgear CM1100 -> Desktop PC.
I have attempted multiple different configurations, such as setting the IP on WAN to Static and using my public IP, the old gateway IP from my Nighthawk Wireless Router, checking I have firewall rules set to allow any outbound for WAN and allow any for LAN. Other than that, the setup remains default.
According to the setup wizard, documentation, and multiple videos, I should have a connection, but I don't and I cannot figure this out.
Any suggestions would be helpful, happy to provide screenshots as needed. Thank you in advance.
