Two PS4 online at same time setup problem

:) hello i have buy two ps4 for play BO3
the problem is when every two get nat type 2 on network testing but on the game one ps4 have restricted nat and the other have open nat.
after various attempt i have changed th pfsense box :'( with a simple tp-link (td-w8970) and i able to play with every two with open nat
the problem is i need a firewall system with captive portal and other services for my network
i have attemp to set up my pfsense box with outbound nat with static port and upnp service enabled but the consoles don't work properly.
does anyone have a solution for my problem?

p.s. in various guide the outbound nat in set with the ip of console but in my box (pfsense 2.3) isn't possible to set this ip(192.168.1.106/24) but only the entire subnet(192.168.1.0/24)
