      Getting the follow garble via console. Tried factor reset nothing. All three LED's on front ar flashing steady blue blinking lights.

        did you set the com port to 115200/8/N/1 ?

            @kom Yeah... That was Putty and the setting for serial communications are correct. The issue is the box? Just got it. Do I send it back or is there a way to flash it?

              Assuming its bricked and I should return to seller... If there are any options to recover device I'm onboard to try.

                @wn As KOM says open a ticket. You should get free support as it's a Netgate device. ("zero to ping")

                Pre-2.7.2/23.09: Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
                When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to restart, or more depending on packages and device speed.
