First of all I apologise in advance if my questions have been answered previously.

I configured pfsense 2.2 in bridge mode (wan <–- bridge--> LAN) with success (but some minor issues) following http://people.pharmacy.purdue.edu/~tarrh/Transparent%20Firewall-Filtering%20Bridge%20-%20pfSense%202.0.2%20By%20William%20Tarrh.pdf.
After I tried to configure squid and squidguard in trasparent mode but without success.
After a lot of effort i need a clear answer on these questions:

    1. pfsense in bridge mode + squid (and squidguard) in transparent mode can work?
    2. pfsense in bridge mode + squid (and squidguard) NOT in transparent mode can work?

    Thanks in advance

Ok, after other tests, now i can answer myself:

      1. pfsense in bridge mode + squid  in trasnparent cannot work (from webgui, because I assume that a very experienced guy operating also via CLI probably will succeed)

      2. pfsense in bridge mode + squid NOT in transparent works!!

      ThankU all
