Unable to access pfSense web GUI

I am new to pfSense.
I have setup VLANs in pfSense with VLAN1: 192.168.10.1/24 and VLAN2: 192.168.20.1/24. I assigned a static IP to PC1 with IP address: 192.168.10.2 and another PC with IP address: 192.168.20.2. I have also configured ManagementAccess for only allowing specific IPs to manage the firewall via web.I added both PC IPs to ManagementAccess following the tutorial given in the official documentation. It's working for another PC with IP address 192.168.20.2 in VLAN2. However, it just doesn't work for 192.168.10.1 and I couldn't figure out what is the problem here.
