Cant create Ipv4 custom list

i can create the IPV4 listing and everything goes well , but when i force update or CRON, i get

[ teste_custom ]     Downloading update . completed ..
[ pfB_teste teste_custom ] Custom List Error ]

I have a lot other setups where this simply works, a simple IPv4 list with a couple IP's or domaisn to bypass the GeoIP blocks and it works, but i can't make it work on this system.

Checking /var/db/pfblockerng/original i can see the .orig file i've been trying to create, but none of the alias are created
