Squid transparent mode for single source IP (all others bypass)

    Dears, how to configure squid to work in transparent mode only for single IP from LAN network, any bypass traffic from all others LAN-IPs? There is no such option for Squid (I cant list all bypass IP because it is all except one), so I believe i have to UNCHECK transparent mode and work with Firewall rules, but dont know how... Please help
